Complete D2h Guide Errata Page The following are the known errata for the initial version of the book, as of 1/15/05.

Page 73: I say that the images aren't all flushed when the power is turned off (this contradicts page 87, which is correct in saying that all images are flushed to the card when the power is turned off).

Page 214: The implication I make is that a custom white balance from a gray card can be saved to setting D0 through D4. That's incorrect. When you measure white balance using the camera (using a gray card, for example), the setting is always stored in D0. You can set D0 through D4, but only from an image that has already been taken.

Page 393: Standard TTL is only set if the camera is set to spot metering (i.e. it isn't set if you use Manual exposure mode.)
