  Nikon Speedlight SB-5

The second of Nikon’s handle-mounted Speedlights, the SB-5 was the first to provide automatic flash control. Intended for professionals using the Nikon F and F2, this flash introduced MD (motor drive) mode, allowing 1/8th-power flash bursts for as many as 40 frames at up to 3.8 fps. It was introduced in 1980.
