Zeiss announced ZF-I models for three of their lenses (25mm, 28mm, and 35mm; others are likely to follow). Basically, you take a regular Zeiss lens, give it a silver metal finish, increase water resistance, seal the elements from dust, and provide lockable apertures and focus to get the ZF-I models from the existing ones.
